Are you a Fiduciary?
A person who has the legal responsibility for managing someone else's money is a Fiduciary. This applies to trustees, members of a board of directors, investment committee members, and certain accountants and attorneys that handle monies.

Identify ways to improve long-term investment performance
Provide a comprehensive outline on investment fiduciary responsibility
